Pursuant to § 5 section 1 item 22 and § 28 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 December 2009 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539), the Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. informs that on 23 January 2012, the Supervisory Board following the petition form the Chairman of the Issuer's Management Board and acting in accordance with § 8 section 7 item 1 of the Company's Statutes, resolved on extending the composition of the Management Board by 3 persons and adopted new member of the Management Board as of Mr. Paweł Robert Szewczyk and granted him with the function of Vicechairman of the Management Board from the date of 1 May 2012.

Mr. Paweł Robert Szewczyk is Legal Counsel. He graduated higher legal education at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where in 1996 completed Master of Law. In 1999 he completed the apprenticeship in the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Lublin. Moreover on November 2007 he accomplished MBA postgraduate studies Dublin City University -Business School and in Lubelska Szkoła Biznesu.

Mr. Paweł Robert Szewczyk does not participate in any competitive company as a partner of any other legal entity or of any partnership as well as he is not a member of a governing body of any company and does not participate in any other legal entity, which conducts activities competitive to the business of Kredyt Inkaso S.A.
Mr. Paweł Robert Szewczyk has not been registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
