The Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. (the Issuer) informs that yesterday it received the decision of 15 December 2012, in force of which the Polish Financial Supervision Authority after examining the Issuer s proposal, gave the permission for Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, to manage the securitization liabilities of the securitization fund.
