Due to the specific character of our business activity, one of the main factors enabling us to dynamically develop our company is the access to capital. Governing bodies of the company have acknowledged that among numerous possibilities of raising capital, financing by means of corporate bonds is the most profitable. In the period from June 2007, when the company debuted on public market to the today, we conducted 25 issues of bonds with the total amount exceeding PLN 300 million. Payment of liabilities resulting from bonds issues always took place at maturity dates, several times, in justified cases and with approval of bondholders, bonds were repurchased prior to maturity dates.
Financial resources obtained from the issue of bonds are allocated for financing debt portfolios purchase and the costs of proceedings related to collecting purchased receivables. Our bonds issues are mainly directed at financial entities, open pension funds, and investment funds; however we do not exclude individual investors from participation in an offer. Several retail investors have already participated in issues to date.
